Shipping & Delivery
Smoothies always endeavours to dispatch UK orders the next day, if ordered before 15:00 (GMT) Monday to Friday.
Please allow 3-7 days for delivery on our Standard service, orders sent using Next Day delivery will be clearly marked.
All items offered for sale are usually held in stock. Goods ordered Friday after 15:00 (GMT) will not be dispatched until Monday.
Deliveries can be made to your home or work address. An alternative delivery address such as a work address must have a company name
that matches with the postcode.
A signature is required for most items, in the unlikely event that your goods are late, please log into our website
and check your account for messages and courier information. Alternatively please check for cards left by couriers.
Please note - Next day deliver cannot be an absolute guarantee of service. It represents the standard we aspire to on goods marked as such.
Smoothies will not pay compensation or refund postage should your delivery arrive late.

VAT is included in all our prices. You will be given chance to review the total postage costs before proceeding to payment. Goods may be added or removed from your Shopping Cart at any time.
Returns Policy
Returns can only be made by prior arrangement, please call for a return authorisation number. Unauthorised returns will be refused.
Unused, unwanted goods must be returned within 7 days after receipt.
A refund or exchange will be given provided that they are in as new condition, with ALL original packaging and suitable for resale.
A £3.95 minimum handling charge applies for non-fault returns. (Non-fault refunds always exclude our actual postage and packing charges).
In the event of a customer requesting a courier collection of goods or refusing goods without prior cancellation notification,
a fee of £9.95 will apply for those whose parcels which are returned to sender via our courier services,
the handling fee will be deducted from the cost of items not total price.
You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods,
please send returns recorded or special delivery with return authorisation number and covering letter.
Postage is only refunded when goods are returned and proved to be faulty.
A signature for registered items at the delivery address accepts the goods into your care,
and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging.
Always refuse damaged or leaking parcels.
